2. Review your options
We check availability and email the proposed tee time, costs and cancellation conditions. We ask for your approval before booking.
3. Receive confirmation
We arrange the reservation and send the confirmed details. A request alone does not reserve a tee time.

US$39 per group, per round — up to 4 players. This covers checking golf availability, coordinating the reservation and sending the booking details in English.
Green fees, rental equipment, transport, accommodation and extra support are separate. For larger groups or multiple rounds, we confirm the total before you approve. No payment is taken by this form.

Please pay only after Fairway Japan has emailed you the proposed booking details, total charges and payment instructions. The supplied Square link currently charges JPY 5,980. Our advertised support fee is US$39; please obtain an agreed quote confirming the final charge before paying.

Before you request
Are the displayed time windows available tee times?
No. They are your preferences in Japan Standard Time. We check actual availability after receiving your request. Some courses have language or visitor restrictions, shown in their details.
When do I pay, and what if plans change?
We will explain payment timing and applicable cancellation and refund terms in your quote before you approve the booking. When we ask you to pay, use the Square payment link on this page and check that its amount and currency match your quote. Do not send card details through this form. If you need to change or cancel, contact us promptly; course-specific charges may apply.
Can you help with a rental car, hotel or transfers?
Include your needs, dates, location and budget. We will confirm what support is available and quote any extra charges separately. These services are not included in the US$39 golf reservation fee.
Can I play alone or rent clubs?
Request it in the form. Solo play and rental sets depend on the course, date and availability; neither is guaranteed. Include handedness and other equipment needs.
How will I hear back?
We reply by email after checking your request. Check your spam folder. If you have not heard back within two business days, please follow up at Ysperformancelab@gmail.com. Urgent and same-day requests may not be possible.
How is my information used?
Fairway Japan uses your contact and trip details to respond and coordinate requested support. Form submissions are processed by FormSubmit and forwarded to our email inbox. Only necessary details are shared with providers when arranging your approved services. Please do not include passport, payment-card or sensitive medical information.
